This expression of interest (EOI) survey will ask you for:

  • personal information, including your name, contact information and organisation.
  • demographic information, to enable the USAN to have broad cross section of representation.
  • your experience and qualifications, to ensure prospective members are able to positively contribute.


Your responses will only be used by Airservices for the purpose of assessing and establishing membership of the USAN, and any associated working groups. See our Privacy Policy for more information. 

Submitting an EOI does not guarantee membership of the USAN and Airservices will consider demographic and experience/qualifications in selecting members.

In order to establish the USAN we require your consent to contact you using the information provided in this survey. 

Once the USAN is established we will need to share contact information among members and we also require your consent to do this. Information shared with USAN members will be limited to your name, organisation and email address. 

We will not share any other personal, demographic, skills or experience information to other members of the USAN without your express consent.
