The purpose of adding these modes is to enable operations in this mode to be more fairly shared across both runway communities 

For each topic, we have produced a fact sheet with information on the existing operation and the changes we are proposing. There is also a scalable map for this topic; that is, an online map where you can search for a street address and zoom in to see how the proposals relate to that location. Please review this information before submitting comments.
