Recommendation 4 - Preferred design option assessment

The feedback period for the Recommendation 4 preferred design option is now closed. We will be completing the assessment of community and industry feedback in the coming weeks and will provide an update on our progress in Q1 of 2026. We expect to announce the outcomes of the assessment and if the recommendation will proceed to implementation in Q1/Q2, 2026.
