IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS IN THE COVID-19 CRISIS

In response to the current global health crisis, residents in all Australian States and Territories can expect to see or hear changes to aircraft operations, including flight tracking and timing of activities.

These operations may include aircraft supporting emergency services, medical operations, and those providing important personnel movement, freight and logistics.

Airservices is committed to the effective management of feedback received during community consultation and complaints regarding aircraft noise and/or our community engagement activities and practices.


How can I submit my Feedback?

When we are consulting on proposed flight path changes, the opportunity for feedback will be available through the relevant project page.

Questions regarding the proposed change, including community engagement activities, can also be submitted through the project page.

How can I submit a Complaint?

Airservices manages complaints and enquiries about aircraft noise and operations, and our community engagement activities through our Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS).

Yes. Any feedback and complaints you submit to us will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy. You can read our Privacy Policy before making your submission. We may also use your contact information to invite you to participate in new projects and update you on existing projects.
