Validation flights exercise at WSI

Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI) will be conducting testing of the aeronautical lighting system at and around the new airport site on Wednesday 4 February 2026 between 4pm and 9pm. 

Local residents may notice a twin-engine aircraft flying in a low and unusual flight pattern during these times.
