Release of Community Engagement Report

GE Aerospace, in partnership with Qantas, will implement a new arrival procedure into Hervey Bay.

Consultation for the new RNP-AR approach procedure to Runway 11 began on 16 February 2026 and has now concluded. A Community Engagement Report summarising the engagement activities undertaken, feedback received and responses to feedback is available here. The new RNP-AR arrival will commence operation on 3 September 2026.
