Gold Coast Noise Monitor Review - Final report

Thank you to all community members who provided feedback on the draft report. The report is now finalised.

Short-Term Noise Monitor

While initially not part of the scope, the team has included the placement of a temporary noise monitor in Miami to capture data on ILS movements north of the airport.

This noise monitor is now in place and is available on WebTrak.

Long Term Noise Monitor

Three locations have been identified as suitable for installation of a long-term noise monitor at the Gold Coast:

• Palms Village
• Gray Street Depot
• Pyramid Holiday Park

Further site visits are required to select a final location.
