IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS IN THE COVID-19 CRISIS

In response to the current global health crisis, residents in all Australian States and Territories can expect to see or hear changes to aircraft operations, including flight tracking and timing of activities.

These operations may include aircraft supporting emergency services, medical operations, and those providing important personnel movement, freight and logistics.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON OUR NOISE COMPLAINTS AND INFORMATION SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 CRISIS

Airservices apologises that, as a result of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS) is currently closed to phone and postal complaints and enquiries.

At this time, aircraft noise complaints and enquiries may only be submitted via the online complaint and enquiry form.

Information that may assist with your matter is accessible from this webpage. This includes information for major and secondary airports, factsheets, FAQs, noise resources, Aircraft Noise News and the WebTrak flight-tracking program.

To ensure we are able to respond in a timely and complete manner to enquiries or complaints, please ensure you provide a valid email address.

If we are responding to your matter, you will hear from us within 21 days of receiving your submission.

Airservices is committed to the effective management of feedback received during community consultation and complaints regarding aircraft noise and/or our community engagement activities and practices.


How can I submit my Feedback?

When we are consulting on proposed flight path changes, the opportunity for feedback will be available through the relevant project page above.

All questions regarding the proposed change, including community engagement activities, must also be submitted through the Feedback tab.

How can I submit a Complaint?

Airservices manages complaints and enquiries about aircraft noise and operations, and our community engagement activities through our Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS).
