Publication of Step Three Community Engagement Summary

CASA has made the decision to proceed with the VFR corridor. CASA’s full decision statement is available here:
Proposed Bankstown Airport southeast VFR corridor - preferred design - Civil Aviation Safety Authority - Citizen Space

The VFR corridor will be implemented on 9 July 2026. From this date, communities to the southeast of Bankstown Airport may notice an increase in light aircraft activity.
